People with learning disabilities in the UK face significantly lower employment rates compared to the general population.

In the UK fewer than 5% of adults with learning disabilities are in paid employment. Employers who actively work to include individuals with learning difficulties often experience positive outcomes. We want to bring these positive outcomes to all employers.

Meet the team

Sarah - Founder

Sarah is a qualified tutor with nearly 10 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, both at Wakefield College and in the third sector. TSI trained, she brings passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to making a positive impact.

Wayne - Founder

Wayne Stephenson has over ten years’ experience in the third sector, working closely with adults with learning disabilities. TSI trained and holding a Level 3 qualification in supported employment through BASE, Wayne brings both professional expertise and personal passion to his work.
