Positive Futures' involvement has been instrumental in our Royal Mencap Leeds project's success. Their job coaches have not only advanced the skills of our Community Connectors but have shown such patience and a genuine desire to empower individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We couldn't have achieved so much without their dedicated support.

Wayne (Positive Futures) has worked with my son Louis for about three years, Louis has both learning and physical disabilities due to a brain tumour. Wayne offers weekly support to Louis in his part time job, a factory operative assembling electrical components for a lighting design company called Factory Lux. Input from positive Futures has been invaluable to Louis it has enabled him to remain in employment, earning a real wage and has allowed him to contribute to Factory lux in a meaningful way. We have been able to work with PF with the help from the Access to work scheme but also are grateful to Factory Lux in realising the importance of employing people with additional needs, and the need for Positive Futures involvement. We are forever grateful to Positive Futures for making it possible for Louis to be in employment, to offer him not just practical support but a good friend for him to work alongside and giving him the confidence to participate in the real world.

Wayne has helped me in my job by learning the tasks with me and showing me how to do them. He helps me up the stairs and getting to my desk. If new tasks come in he will help me to do them, he is always friendly and I can have a laugh with him.
Positive Futures has been a game-changer for our business. With their support, we welcomed Lauren, a young woman with Down syndrome, into a paid role, complete with a tailored development plan that's helped her thrive. Wayne and the team made the whole process seamless and genuinely uplifting. We'd recommend Positive Futures to any business looking to strengthen their team, their community, and their impact.
